Our Purpose

CommunityRX is dedicated to educating the public, with a priority on youth, about the dangers of illicit drugs as well as prescribed drugs. Through our educational programs and services, we aim to increase drug consciousness and promote healthy habits to the youth, to prevent drug abuse. As well as equip people with the knowledge to identify opioid use, overdoses, and how to reverse overdoses.

We currently focus on distributing free Narcan and educating the youth at punk/metal shows in the SFV/LA on drug harm reduction. We aim to teach youth how to identify an opioid overdose and how to reverse overdoses using Narcan.
